Do I need a technical specification?
No. The enquiry form asks for your name, email and a description. Start with one task, what happens today and what you want to change. Systems and timing details are optional.
What should I include about existing tools?
List their names, the information involved and any known limitations. Mention if another provider or internal team manages access. Please do not send credentials or sensitive records.
What needs to be clear about completion?
Describe how you would judge the change: which steps should work, which exceptions matter and who would review the result. Include any documentation, training or handover requirements you want considered.
What about maintenance and support?
Include who will operate the software and any ongoing help you need. Hosting, licences, maintenance and support are separate scope questions to clarify; this page does not establish an ongoing support arrangement.
