Business software rarely operates alone. It may depend on other applications, access controls, infrastructure, connected devices and the people responsible for keeping those systems working.

SeraphCode brings these concerns together across software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking and operational systems. Our technical work also includes AI and computer-vision development at different stages of maturity.

Our products show some of this work in practice. PostieMate is used in Australian postal-contractor operations. SeraphSuite is our ERP product. SeraphSentinel is a home security and surveillance system in development and has not been deployed.

What we do

SeraphCode develops software products and works on the infrastructure and integrations that support applications.

A requirement may involve a business workflow, connections between existing systems, deployment on customer-controlled infrastructure or communication between software and local devices. The relevant scope depends on the application, its operating environment and the responsibilities agreed for the work.

Our broader technical work includes AI-assisted application concepts and computer-vision prototypes. These development areas are assessed separately from established product functionality and should not be understood as unrestricted production services.

Software engineering

Business applications, system integrations and operational workflows, informed by SeraphCode’s own product development.

Infrastructure

Containerised application deployment on customer-controlled Linux infrastructure, with hardware, connectivity and supporting services considered for the specific workload.

Edge AI

Technical work involving infrastructure for AI processing close to the devices or systems that supply data. Production suitability depends on the use case, hardware, model and operating requirements.

Computer vision

Development involving image and video processing. Current SeraphSentinel evidence demonstrates local camera connectivity and stream handling. It does not establish deployed custom visual-analysis capability.

Cybersecurity

A technical discipline considered in system architecture, access and deployment decisions. Any cybersecurity assessment or service requires its own defined scope.

Networking

Connectivity between applications, infrastructure and devices, coordinated with the people responsible for the customer’s environment.

What a technical engagement needs to establish

Clear technical work begins with the problem, the operating environment and the responsibilities involved.

Requirements

Identify what happens today, what needs to change, who uses the system and how the result will be assessed.

Architecture

Document the applications, data, integrations, infrastructure and external dependencies that affect the solution.

Engineering

Define the functionality to be built or changed, along with its boundaries, test conditions and known constraints.

Security

Identify relevant access requirements, system boundaries and responsibilities. Local deployment or authentication alone does not guarantee security or privacy.

Deployment

Clarify installation, configuration, acceptance, updates, backups, monitoring and handover for the intended environment.

Ongoing operation

Establish who will maintain the application and its infrastructure. Support, continuous monitoring and managed operation require an explicitly agreed arrangement.

Sean specialises in edge AI infrastructure, complex systems architecture and cybersecurity.

As SeraphCode’s CEO and Director, he leads the company alongside COO and Director Pasindu Nimsara.

Pasindu Nimsara

COO and Director

Pasindu oversees the networking side of SeraphCode’s work, including the network infrastructure and connectivity considerations that support applications, infrastructure and connected devices.

As SeraphCode’s COO and Director, he provides company leadership alongside CEO and Director Sean Keish.

SeraphCode’s products represent different types and stages of technical work. Their status is stated separately so that current use, product identity and development activity are not confused.

PostieMate

In use in Australian postal-contractor operations

PostieMate supports operational work for Australian postal contractors.

Its current functionality includes:

PostieMate is designed around postal-contractor operations. It is not presented as a universal freight or supply-chain platform.

PostieMate is used by Australia Post contractors. This does not mean Australia Post is a SeraphCode customer, partner or endorser.

SeraphSentinel

SeraphSentinel is a home security and surveillance system being developed by SeraphCode.

Internal test work demonstrates local application operation, authentication, camera connectivity and stream handling. SeraphSentinel has not been deployed.

These internal demonstrations show development progress. They do not establish operational security outcomes, deployed surveillance capability or production computer-vision performance.
